How long will Shipping / Delivery take?

MACHO ships FREE all over the world. Every order has its own tracking number given via e-mail to the customer. Tracking number lets to observe the parcel during the shipping period. 

Every order is shipped via trusted international postal service such as EMS and ePacket with the shortest shipping time available depending on country.

Here is a list of the most common countries and shipping time to them (Free + shipping also):

• USA — 10-14 days;
• UK — 12-18 days;
• Australia — 10-16 days;
• New Zealand — 10-16 days;
• Canada — 10-14 days;

Shipping time to other countries is no longer than 25 business days.

We ship directly from our warehouses and manufacturers which is what affords you the discounted prices we offer.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Paypal.

What carrier will deliver my item?

Your items are shipped by our international fulfillment center and will usually reach you via your local postal service in your location.

Where can I track my item(s)?

When your order is processed and shipped a tracking number will be automatically emailed.

I don’t like my item, can I return it?

Returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed 14 days of the buyer receiving the item. However, all returns made should be in perfect condition and the return postage be paid by the returner. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.

Where do you ship from?

We currently ship directly from our international manufacturers & warehouses. This is how we can afford to afford to offer such great deals. Delivery sometimes take a little longer to reach but always get delivered but will not exceed 2-3 weeks.

I messed up my delivery address, what do I do?

Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number and we would update your details for you.

**Note: Upon completion of purchase, buyers are eligible for a 2 hour Change of Mind Period and it is crucial that you reach out to us then or else we will not be able to make any changes to your order!.
